How long does it take to dry?

In most cases carpet is dry within 2 hours. Carpets will dry quicker when the humidity is lower and when ceiling fans and other ventilation is present. Carpets will dry slower on days of high humidity and without the presence of ceiling fans and other ventilation.

Why do you not use soaps or detergents?

Soaps and detergents leave residue in the carpet. It is this residue that causes carpets to get dirty faster. Our cleaner uses the power of oxygen to clean your carpets. They get cleaner and stay cleaner longer.

Are there any EXTRA charges?

No, there are never any hidden charges. The cost of cleaning is all inclusive so there are no surprises.

What kind of equipment do you use?

We use the latest in truck mounted carpet steam cleaners. Our machine is powered by a 3 cylinder 31 horsepower engine and is able to heat the water to over 230 degrees. Combine that with powerful vacuum, the right all natural chemicals and experience and you get the best cleaning possible.

Who will be coming to my home?

All of the work will be done by the owner of the company. No employees or subcontractors will ever come to your home so you do not have to worry about your safety or your property.
